For 15 years we have been developing properties from our own portfolio and selectively acquiring land and buildings with lasting potential.
We manage most of our properties ourselves. Our focus is on residential properties as well as office and production space. ERNST&ERNST Immobilien AG is entirely privately owned by the family.
Combining property expertise, fiduciary services and law under one roof allows us to provide sound support across the entire life cycle of a property, from market and site analysis through planning and development to letting and management.

We continuously develop our property portfolio. In doing so, we reduce fossil fuels and invest selectively in renewable energy and sustainable building technology.
On the roofs of our commercial properties, photovoltaic systems already generate electricity right where it is consumed. Further systems and energy efficiency upgrades will follow step by step.
